Burcott Mill is located in the village of Wookey - two miles west of Wells. As you approach Wookey on the B3139, you will find us opposite the Burcott Inn pub. We have a large car park to the right of a farm track which runs between the Guesthouse and the carpark.





Approaching from the South, North or East
To find us, it is advisable to get to Wells first. This is particularly advisable if you have a SatNav, as if you enter our postcode some SatNavs lead you to a field, 500m from a main road!
Once in Wells, take the Cheddar Road (A371) out of Wells for approx half a mile, then take a left fork on to the B3139 towards Burnham-on-Sea and Wedmore. After a mile, you will reach Wookey - we are located on the left shortly after a left hand bend in the road, opposite the Burcott Inn pub.

Handy Tip: Along the route from Wells there are a number of Brown Tourism Signs for Burcott Mill either by name or the Waterwheel symbol.

Approaching from the West
Follow the signs to Wells, taking either the A371 (through Cheddar) or the B3139 (through Wedmore). We are located on the B3139 approx 1.5 miles before Wells on the right (opposite the Burcott Inn pub). If you are travelling on the A371, look for a right turn approx 1 mile from Wells (there is a Brown Sign for Burcott Mill). This will take you back away from Wells to the village of Wookey, where you will find us on the left (opposite the Burcott Inn pb).
